1) A client posts a design job
2) You view the client's project and decide to bid on it. On that particular project page, click "Purchase this lead." (You must have enough credits in your account to purchase a lead--if you don't have enough credits you can buy credits)
3) You will be asked to confirm that you would like to purchase that lead.
4) The client will be notified that you would like to bid on his project. The client will choose to either accept or decline your intent to bid (the main reason he might decline your intent to bid is if he has already hired someone. If he declines your intent to bid, your credits will be refunded to your account.)
5) Once the client has approved your intent to bid, you will receive the client's contact information, so you can call or email him with your bid for his project.
6) The client will choose a designer to hire for his project. No commission fees!
Note: Up to 6 designers may bid on each project. We limit the number of designers placing bids to 6 so that you have a better chance of being hired--the first six to purchase the lead will receive the client's contact information.

1) You post a description of your project (what do you need from a designer?)
2) Designers view your project and choose to bid on your project (up to 6 designers may bid on your project).
3) You are notified when a designer would like to give you a bid.
4) You may choose to accept or decline a designer's intent to bid. (If you are still waiting for bids, click "Approve". If you have already hired someone for your project, click "Decline".)
5) When you approve a designer's intent to bid, the designer is allowed to contact you with his bid for your project.
6) After receiving bids on your project, choose the designer that fits you best and gives you the best deal.
7) Get your project done!
